Check-in and Check-out Times
- Check-in: From 15:00 (3:00 PM) Pacific Time
- Check-out: Until 11:00 (11:00 AM) Pacific Time
Booking Terms & Conditions
- A one-night deposit will be charged at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in are free of charge, and the deposit will be refunded. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit their deposit.
- Full payment and deposit are required at check-in.
- Guests are required to present two forms of identification, one of which must be a government-issued photo ID.
- For incidentals, a credit card or cash deposit is required. Credit cards will be put on file or may be subject to a pre-authorization hold at check-in. Alternatively, the hotel may collect a cash deposit of $200–$500.
Smoking Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $500 penalty will be charged for smoking in the room or anywhere on the property.
Price Changes
- Modifications to an existing reservation may affect the total price.
- If the tax system changes, the total balance will be adjusted to reflect the new tax rate. Tax changes may take effect immediately, so it may not always be possible to notify guests in advance.
Room Occupancy and Children
- Rooms can accommodate 1 to 6 adults, depending on the room type and maximum occupancy.
- Up to 2 children under 12 years stay free of charge and are not counted toward the room’s maximum occupancy.
- Infants stay free of charge in a crib. Cribs are available upon request and must be confirmed in advance. Each room is limited to 1 crib.
- Room rates may vary based on the number of adults staying.
- Please note that extra beds are not available.
Additional Fees
- Additional fees are not included in the total cost and must be paid separately during your stay.
Property Damage
- Guests are responsible for any damage to property caused during their stay.
- If damage is identified after check-out, the credit card on file may be charged for the cost of repair or replacement.
- A record of damages may be kept, and guests responsible for damage may be declined future reservations.
Pets and Service Dogs
- Pets are not permitted.
- Service dogs are welcome.
Accessibility
- Please note that the property is not wheelchair accessible and may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges.
- Guest parking is underground, with stairs to reach the ground floor; an elevator is available from the ground floor to guest floors.
